Prof. dr. Algirdas Miskinis graduated from Vilnius University, Law Faculty in 1981. In 1986 he was awarded a Doctor`s degree in law. Prof. dr. Algirdas Miskinis has studied in Vaxjo University in Sweden, has improved his qualifications at the National Bank of Austria and Torun Banking School.
A member of the Lithuanian Bar Association since 1995.
Prof. dr. Algirdas Miskinis is the head of Finance and Tax Department of the Faculty of Economics and Finance Management in Mykolas Romeris University, also a member of the group for the international project "East European Program On Finance And Tax Law Research" (coordination center is at Bialystok University, Poland), Arbitrator of International Byelorussia Commercial Arbitration, as well as a member of the editing board of the publication „Intelektualioji ekonomika” (,,Intellectual economy“).

Mr. Kvainauskas has graduated from Vilnius University, Law Faculty and Vilnius Technical University with a Master’s degree in management. Attorney at Law Kestutis Kvainauskas is a Member of the Lithuanian Bar Association, Arbitrator of the Vilnius Court of Commercial Arbitration and Chairman of the board of the National Association of Financial Services Consumers.
